Our rubber airbags feature a robust construction with an outer rubber layer, multiple synthetic-tire-cord layers, and an inner rubber layer vulcanized firmly together. Additional layers are applied at the end shoulders for enhanced durability.
The reinforcement layer consists of rubber-coated synthetic-tire-cord fabrics twined at ideal angles using our patented Holistic Wrapping Technology. This ensures even stress distribution and optimal pressure containment.
