Product Description

Single Point Mooring System Chain Support Buoys
General surface chain support buoys are extensively used in single-point mooring (SPM) systems. These specialized buoys include cylindrical buoys, chain-through buoys, and pick-up buoys designed for various marine applications.
Constructed with resilient closed-cell polyethylene/EVA foam around the inner central steelwork and covered by a polyurethane (PU) outer skin, these buoys offer exceptional durability. The closed-cell foam core ensures self-fendering and unsinkable performance even in case of damage. The self-colored polyurethane elastomer skin provides excellent resistance to abrasion and UV degradation. For extreme service environments, the polyurethane elastomer skin can be reinforced with nylon to enhance tear strength, resulting in long-lasting, virtually maintenance-free operation.
